Mark Macdonald is the Owner and Principal Physiotherapist at Winston Hills Physiotherapy Centre in Sydney’s Hills District. Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 1998, Mark has built extensive experience in sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain management and performance-based physiotherapy.


With extensive experience treating athletes, active individuals and everyday patients, Mark is known for combining hands-on physiotherapy treatment with evidence-based rehabilitation programs designed to achieve long-term results — not just short-term pain relief.
