With a strong focus on patient care, communication, and efficiency, Ellen plays an essential role in supporting both our practitioners and patients throughout their healthcare journey.
My Story
Ellen brings an exceptional depth of experience to Winston Hills Physiotherapy Centre, having completed 27 years in the banking industry before transitioning into the medical field in 2000. Her extensive background in customer service, administration, and business operations allows her to provide outstanding support to patients, staff, referrers, and business partners alike.

She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported while navigating appointments, private health fund claims, Medicare EPC referrals, WorkCover matters, and general clinic enquiries. Ellen is known for her approachable nature, professionalism, and genuine commitment to ensuring every person who visits the clinic has the best possible experience.

Outside of work, Ellen enjoys staying active through regular exercise and loves spending quality time with family and friends.
