My Story

Jo has a special interest in pregnancy massage, postnatal recovery, infant massage, sports massage, and chronic muscle tension management. She works with a wide range of clients including athletes, runners, office workers, pregnant women, new mothers, and people managing ongoing pain or stress-related tension.

Using a combination of remedial massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, relaxation techniques, and myofascial release, Jo tailors each treatment to the individual. Her focus is not only on short-term pain relief, but also on improving movement, circulation, recovery, sleep quality, and overall wellbeing.

As a runner herself, Jo understands the physical demands placed on the body and the importance of keeping muscles and joints moving freely for performance, recovery, and injury prevention.
