It is more important now than ever to keep on top of your health. During these circumstances where there is a lot of uncertainty, we can say for sure that health remains a top priority. We are all faced with various challenges which make keeping active difficult, such as the closing down of gyms, and health and recreational facilities. Many of us however are working from home which allows flexibility for a bit of activity. As you may be aware we are still allowed to leave our homes for a small number of things, one of which includes exercise.
